Estate Grown Flavor

Wheat Thumbnail

We’re adding a new crop to the proprietary palate of flavors we grow at Rogue Farms in Independence, Oregon.

This spring we planted five acres of wheat in a field next our Dream pumpkin patch.

A step forward in the Grow Your Own Revolution.

This will be our first ever crop of wheat. If it turns out as good as we hope, John Maier will use it to brew future batches of Mom’s Hefeweizen. And who know what else he’ll want to brew with it once he sees Rogue Farms grown wheat coming in the Brewery.

As agri-fermenters, we’re always looking for new ingredients that we can grow ourselves, always looking for ways to grow our proprietary palate of flavors.

Revolutions never rest. Please join us at Rogue Farms this spring! You’ll never know what we’re going to do next.
